Bookings are held for 3 working days until receipt of non-refundable booking deposit (€100/£100 per week). On receipt of the deposit we will confirm the booking by email. The final balance plus a security deposit of €200/£200 is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, the full rental is payable at the time of booking. The security deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of your departure pending a satisfactory inspection by our management company.

• Mid-stay linen / towel change (€40/£40)
• Cleaning and linen / towel change (€60/£60)
• Inflatable bed or foldable 'Z' bed (including linen) (€30/£30)

On completion of the on-line booking form we will email you with deposit payment options. You can pay securely using any major credit card via PayPal in euros or Sterling. Guests do not need to have a PayPal account or join PayPal to effect payment. Please note PayPal transactions are subject to a 3% surcharge.
