The Prices are for the property (not per person) per week and are fully inclusive of electricity, air conditioning and water charges. A non-refundable booking deposit of €100/£100 per week is required to confirm a booking. A refundable security deposit of €200/£200 is due along with the final balance 6 weeks prior to arrival (see Terms and Conditions). You can pay securely using any major credit card via Paypal.
