The Prices are for the property (not per person) per week and are fully inclusive of electricity, air conditioning and water charges. A non-refundable booking deposit of €100/£100 per week is required to confirm a booking.

The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, the full rental is payable at the time of booking.

A security deposit of €200/£200 is due along with the final balance 6 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of your departure from the townhouse pending a satisfactory inspection from our property manager, see Terms and Conditions.

For your convenience we offer two payment methods.

Bookings of 21 days or more attract a 20% discount.

A cot and high chair are available to hire at a cost of €20/£20 per week each.
